You can also upgrade to Advanced or Enterprise for additional coverage at the time of purchase, or when a warranty expires.

What is the difference between NetCloud Essentials and NetCloud Advanced?

The features of Essentials and Advance differ between the 3 categories of routers.

IoT Routers

The Essentials package that comes with IoT Routers includes basic cloud management. There is an option to upgrade to Advanced for enhanced visibility, remote management, mapping/fencing & more.

Mobile Routers and Branch Routers

The Essentials package that comes with mobile and brand routers includes:

  • Basic cloud management features
  • Enhanced visibility, remote management, mapping/fencing & more

More options such as Integrated content filtering, traffic analytics & CP Secure Threat Management are available when upgrading to Advanced.

Even more options are available in the upgrade to Enterprise and are only available on mobile and brand routers.
