The Novotech RMA Program provides all customers a high level of support from installation to training and beyond. Our philosophy of Customer Care underscores our commitment to consistently anticipate your needs, working to provide reliable service and training.

If you are experiencing a problem with one of our products, please follow the steps below.

Step #1

Follow the instructions in our step-by-step self-service troubleshooting tutorialsĀ which can be found here.

If you are still experiencing problems, we encourage you to discuss the situation with a member of our support team using our Live Chat feature. Alternatively, you can send an email toĀ Technical.support@novotech.com. Our support team is trained to manage and troubleshoot a wide range of situations quickly and effectively.

Step #2

If for any reason our support team isĀ unable to find a solution to yourĀ specific problem, you are required to completeĀ theĀ Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)Ā formĀ below. Once your informationĀ has been submitted and as required,Ā a member of our customer support team will contact you for next steps.

Our RMA Policy

Here are a few important considerations when submitting an RMA to Novotech:

  • All returned product must indicate an RMA Number issued by your Novotech representative.
  • To obtain an RMA number, the following information is required: quantity, part number, original purchase order number, original shipment number, original invoice number, serial number and a detailed reason for product return.
  • Return products are to be shipped to the specified Novotech address freight prepaid.
  • Products are to be shipped in original packaging.
  • Final approval by Novotech as to credit or replacement in the event of defective product returns may be held pending verification of all pertinent facts, inspection and/or testing by original manufacturers.
  • Novotech is not responsible for reimbursement to the Buyer of any non-refunded import duties applicable to returned products.
  • Returns for non-defective standard product may be subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking fee. Non-defective non-standard product cannot be returned.
