The InRouter IR315 (IO version) is a ruggedized, highly dependable IoT cellular router designed specifically for demanding industrial environments where wireless local area networking is unnecessary, but robust field connectivity is critical. Using North American 4G LTE CAT 6 technology, this router provides your customers with a secure, hardwired, and cellular-backed gateway for their unattended infrastructure.

Your customers will benefit from the highly specialized interface configuration of this IR315 variant. By stripping away the Wi-Fi components, this router focuses entirely on secure wired and serial communications. It features five 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports, RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces, and 4-channel digital IO (configurable DI/DO). This empowers your clients to directly connect and monitor legacy industrial equipment, sensors, actuators, and modern IP devices, creating a highly integrated and cost-effective deployment for factory floors, remote pumping stations, or smart grid cabinets.

Operational uptime is a primary advantage for your customers. The IR315 ensures their critical data keeps flowing through dual Nano SIM failover, VRRP hot backup, and continuous link detection. If a network anomaly occurs, the device's embedded watchdog auto-recovers the system, ensuring that remote industrial processes remain online without the need for costly manual interventions.

Built to withstand severe conditions, the IR315 features an IP30-rated fanless metal housing, EMC level 3 protection, and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C. When paired with the InHand DeviceManager cloud platform, your customers gain the immense benefit of centralized remote management. They can instantly diagnose faults, update firmware, and optimize their distributed industrial networks from a single, secure dashboard, drastically lowering operational costs.
