These versions of timing modules support only the L1 band and support accuracy of 15 ns (1 Sigma) vs 5 ns (1 Sigma)
RES SMT 360™ Multi-GNSS Timing Module
ICM SMT 360™ Multi-GNSS Timing Module (similar to RES SMT 360 but with Holdover Stability of ±7us over 5-minute period (min. 1-hour learning) 100ppb over 24 hours.
Bullet GNSS / GPS Antennas (formerly Trimble GPS Antennas)
Protempis GPS Antennas are a perfect solution for precise timing and network synchronization needs, providing an extremely cost-effective and independent (within the firewall) timing source for any application, such as fault detection systems and synchronization of wireless networks.
There are 3 versions of the Bullet GNSS Antenna to choose from:
Bullet™ 720 Dual Band (L1 / L5) Antenna
Protempis Precision Timing Devices
Protempis is the leading provider of high-precision positioning solutions that maximize productivity and enhance profitability using centimeter-level GNSS technology. Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and System Integrators can integrate these technologies to achieve product differentiation and gain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Protempis NTP Time Servers
The Protempis NTP Time Servers are designed for demanding applications that require high-accuracy NTP time stamping. It supports synchronization of thousands of workstations, routers, switches and other network elements for logging and security forensics. The Protempis NTP Time servers are optimized to deliver extremely stable and accurate time of day (TOD) synchronization for a variety of time-sensitive applications, such as telecom networks, data centers, factory automation, and SCADA systems.
Protempis PTP Grandmaster Clocks
Protempis Grandmaster Clocks (previously Trimble Grandmaster Clocks) employ industry-leading Protempis GNSS performance, and world class holdover technology. The Precision Time Protocol (PTP) is a protocol used to synchronize clocks throughout a computer network. Protempis PTP Grandmaster Clocks are designed for the telecom market, for use at the edge of wireless networks requiring phase synchronization.
Protempis Disciplined Clocks (formerly Trimble Disciplined Clocks)
The Protempis GPS Disciplined Clocks combines a 12-channel GPS receiver, control circuitry, and a high-quality oscillator on a single board, providing increased integrity and reliability at a lower size and cost. Protempis Disciplined Clock’s level of integration makes it a perfect solution for precise timing applications in the wireless industry. Among its uses are synchronizing the E911 positioning infrastructure and maximizing bandwidth for a wireless local loop. The architecture is comparable to systems currently used to maintain CDMA holdover performance requirements in telecommunications systems.
